Rev. Dr. Peggy Cecil Hinds, ACC

I believe in the power of coaching to change lives. It happened for me. During a time of significant transitions, a coach walked with me and helped me discover my wisdom, purpose, and deepest desires. This same process works for groups, boards, and congregations.
Guiding individuals, organizations and groups through self-discovery and renewal of purpose is a calling and gift that I have been honing through years of ministry and personal growth. In my coaching I draw on these experiences, along with my belief that we are all valuable and have a unique purpose.
My primary mission is to accompany pastors and congregations who want to live authentically into the vocation God has for them. I journey with my clients to assess their situation, discern God’s vision, and motivate them to achieve.

I have 35+ years of experience in leading congregations as pastor, educator, youth director, musician, and volunteer. Holding an advanced degree in Christian education has afforded me opportunities to serve as adjunct faculty in three seminaries and to lead the curriculum publishing efforts for the Presbyterian Church (USA) for 13 years. I bring my expertise to bear in helping congregations make sense of their true identity and purpose through their Christian formation efforts.
Let me help guide you in
- assessing your current situation,
- discerning the way forward, and
- achieving your God-given identity and purpose.
